What is the BeWell IVR?

Interactive Voice Response (IVR) is an automated phone & natural language processing technology that allows incoming callers to access information via a voice response system without having to speak to a member of your team. Using natural language processing, a branch of Artificial Intelligence (AI), the BeWell platform enables your Virtual Assistant to have direct conversational interactions and process specific tasks with patients.

How it works

The IVR can be integrated with your own telephone system and phone numbers to support your team both during and after regular business hours.

The IVR works with BeWell’s Virtual Assistant and can be configured to respond to inquires such as hours of operation, store location, status of a prescription, and can even work with a patient to schedule a requested care service (integrated with the Scheduler).
